We are conveniently located in front of Southwest Washington Medical Center in the new Physician's Pavilion. Our address is 200 NE Mother Joseph Place, Suite 300, Vancouver, WA 98664. Our office hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The on-call physician is available after hours, weekends and holidays by calling our answering service at (360) 737-3378. New Patients To assist you with the check-in process, and therefore allow the maximum amount of time with your provider, a member of our staff will call you prior to your appointment. This call will enable us to gather information needed to register you and prepare a chart. In addition, pre-registering you over the telephone will allow our office to obtain a referral, if needed, and request medical records before you are seen. Our goal is to make your visit to our clinic a problem-free and enjoyable experience. Emergency If you have a life-threatening emergency, do not call the office. Go straight to the emergency room at the hospital. If you need advice or assistance between 8:30am and 5:00pm, please call the office at (360) 256-4060. Prescription Refills When you need a refill of your medication, please call your pharmacy. The pharmacy will in turn call our office and we will process your request as soon as we can. Please call the pharmacy prior to picking up your prescription to verify that it's ready. Laboratory Results Normal Pap smear results will be mailed to you. However, you will be notified by phone of additional lab tests or abnormal Pap smear results. In the event that we do not reach you by phone, you will be notified by mail to contact the office for your test results.
